SMART LEARN SERIES: ONLINE WORKSHOP ON FOUNDATIONS OF AI
Saturday, Sep 27, 2025 10:00 +05:30
OVERVIEW
This workshop is designed to provide participants with a strong foundation in Artificial
Intelligence (AI) concepts and introduce them to Generative AI, including Large Language
Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI. Through a combination of theory, demonstrations, and
hands-on exercises, participants will gain conceptual understanding and practical exposure
to AI and Generative AI tools.
Date of Workshop: 27 September 2025, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Registration Fee: Nil
Learning Objectives
1. Learn how to implement training algorithms for different types of generative
models.
2. Define Generative AI and distinguish it from discriminative models.
3. Explore image, code, and music generation tools with short demos.
4. Explain the architecture and working principles of Large Language Models (LLMs).
5. Identify real-world use cases of Generative AI across industries (chatbots, art, music,
content creation).
6. Evaluate the strengths, limitations, and ethical considerations in deploying GenAI
tools.
