Looking for a Shift In-Charge (SIC) to join our Production Department at Malappuram, Kerala.
🔹 Position: Shift In-Charge (SIC) – Production
🔹 Experience: 0–1 Year
🔹 Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. – Mechanical Engineering
🔹 Location: Malappuram, Kerala

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and monitor day-to-day shop-floor activities
• Coordinate manpower and production activities
• Ensure production targets, quality, and safety standards are maintained
• Identify and resolve operational issues
• Identify and resolve operational issues
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and other departments
• Support productivity improvement and continuous improvement initiatives
Candidate Profile
✅ B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
✅ 0–1 year of experience; freshers can also apply
✅ Good communication and leadership skills
