Roles and Responsibilities : Candidates should have high levels of energy, possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills, and exhibit a burning desire to excel in their work. All Trainees will undergo two and a half years of on-the-job intensive training. On completion of the same, subject to suitability the candidates will be put on a fast-track growth and will be absorbed as Assistant Project Managers by the company.

Process :

  • Aon to confirm the list of students eligible & shortlisted for the online assessment by 10 September 2026.
  • Online assessment to be conducted on or before 20 September 2026 (details will be shared 2 days in advance)
  • Aon to share the assessment-shortlisted candidates with SOBHA Limited.
  • SOBHA Limited to share the interview schedule, including venue and dates (tentatively in October)
  • Shortlisted candidates to participate in the interview process as per the communicated schedule.
  • Results to be announced by Aon, followed by offer release from SOBHA Limited.

Important :

  • Best of 4/5 subjects or less than 70% or those who had backlogs but cleared now are not allowed as per the eligibility criteria

NOTE : Any candidate found ineligible due to incorrect or incomplete information in their application/database records will be disqualified. Offers will be released only after successful document verification. SOBHA reserves the sole right to withdraw a candidature at any stage if the candidate is found academically ineligible.
