We are pleased to inform you about a career opportunity with *Genisys Engineers & Contractors* for the position of *Junior Site Engineer*.

Position: Junior Site Engineer
Job Location: Across Kerala

🎓 Eligibility:
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in site supervision or a related field may also apply.
• Male candidates are preferred, as the role primarily involves site-based work and travel.
• Qualification: ITI, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or B.Tech (EEE) or an equivalent qualification.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel is required.
• Must possess a valid two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving licence.
• Open to candidates from anywhere in Kerala.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor site progress and maintain daily reports using MS Excel.
• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with company standards, safety guidelines, and project timelines.
• Assist in planning, execution, and timely completion of site activities.

💰 Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary: ₹15,000 per month.
• Food allowance.
• Petrol expenses incurred for official travel will be reimbursed.
• Accommodation will be provided whenever employees are required to travel and stay at project sites.
Note: A small processing fee will be applicable to candidates who receive an offer letter from the company
