We would like to hire graduates and post graduates from arts, science, engineering and management streams ( Only from 2026 & 2025 passed out batches of UG / PG ) students with 6.0 CGPA/ 60% & above as aggregate and  at least 60% in 10^th and 12th.

Key job responsibilities

·         Maintain and follow strict confidentiality guidelines

·         Work with a wide range of different types of data including but not limited to text, audio, speech, image, and video

·         Deliver high-quality labelled data, using guidelines provided to meet our KPIs and using in-house tools and software, as part of Amazon's commitment to developing and deploying AI responsibly

·         Demonstrate proficiency in generating high quality human insight data across a range of modalities, inclusive of text, image video and audio

·         Demonstrate analytical and critical thinking capabilities while evaluating different forms of data and making decisions.

·         Capable of making sound judgments and logical decisions when faced with ambiguous or incomplete information while performing tasks

·         Eye for detail and ability to pivot from one category of requirement to another instantaneously

·         Demonstrate support on daily operational deliverables for multiple task types assigned to you and the team

·         Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and propose solutions to enhance the quality of labeling tasks and their outputs

·         Responsible for identifying day-to-day process and operational issues in Standard Operating Procedure, tools and suggest changes to unblock operations

·         Demonstrate ownership in floor support to clarify internal queries during execution on need basis

A day in the life

We are looking for a ML Data Associates (MLDA) to undertake the task of foundational labeling functions, such as dialogue evaluation on speech, text, audio, video, image data to assess and improve our AI model’s performance in everyday situations. Your adaptability, focus, and attention to detail in a dynamic environment must be unparalleled, with a commitment to foster the safe, responsible, and effective development of AI technologies. You pride yourself on identifying issues and developing elegant and innovative solutions to overcome hurdles. You will be a part of a diverse team with the shared vision to improve customers’ lives with practical, useful AI innovations, while also establishing and implementing the necessary safeguards to protect them. An inner drive, individuality, and a creative mind are extremely beneficial.

About the team

You’ll work with a team that provides data creation, curation, and analytics services to help develop, test, and train AI models. We work closely with Machine Learning (ML) Science and Modelling teams, providing the critical data they need to improve the company’s speech, audio and visual recognition and language understanding capabilities

Basic Qualifications

·         A bachelor's degree in any field of study

·        Strong business writing skills with ability to create reports, proposals, and professional correspondence

·         Ability to effectively research, comprehend and evaluate diverse subject matter across various domains

·         Proven attention to detail in managing complex tasks and documents

·         Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy

·         A sense of ownership and drive and a willingness to accept the challenge of daily deadlines is essential

·         Advanced reading comprehension with ability to analyze complex business documents

·         Developed analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities

·         Proficient research skills with experience gathering and synthesizing information from multiple sources

 

This will be a 100% onsite role which may require flexibility in work schedule.

Role : ML Data Associate - Level II

 

Experience : Freshers to 2 years. 

[ Kindly note the role is for a 12 months contract and with Rotational shifts. All 5 days Mandatory to work from Office ].

 

CTC – 4 LPA for Freshers and upto 5 LPA for work Experience.
