We are looking for her.

At Myntra, we are proud to present WeForShe Hacker-ramp 2026, our flagship women-in-tech team-based challenge. It brings together ambitious women engineers to solve real-world problems and showcase their potential on one of India's most sought-after technology platforms.

This year, the challenge is bold: Build What's Next – Myntra For Bharat. 

Who can participate

B.Tech/B.E. (full-time) students currently in their 3rd or 4th year (graduating in 2027 or 2028)

Dual Degree engineering students (full-time) currently in their 4th or 5th year (graduating in 2027 or 2028)

Open to all women engineering students across disciplines, in teams of 2-3 members

What awaits them

Pre-Placement Interview (PPI) opportunities with Myntra

Up to ₹5,25,000  worth of rewards (cash prizes and Myntra EGVs)

Digital participation certificates from the online assessment stage onwards

A national stage to present their ideas to Myntra's engineering and leadership teams
