Position: Business Development Executive – Telesales Department


• Starting salary for freshers: ₹15,000 + incentives per month

• First 3 months: Probation period

• Post probation: ₹20,000 + incentives (based on performance)

• Further hike of ₹5,000 + incentives after the next 3 months based on consistent target achievement

• Performance evaluation every 3 months

• Opportunity to migrate to our Dubai office (for top performers)
