Opportunity for Women Students: IndiGoReach's "Giving Wings to Fly" Aviation Career Programme !

I am reaching out to seek your support in sharing an exciting opportunity for young women students and alumni from your institution who aspire to build a career in aviation.

BharatCares, in partnership with IndiGoReach (the CSR arm of IndiGo) and Chimes Aviation Academy, is implementing "Giving Wings to Fly", a fully supported aviation career programme designed to help women from economically disadvantaged backgrounds become commercial pilots.

The programme provides comprehensive support for obtaining a Commercial Pilot License (CPL) along with ATR Type Rating training, enabling selected candidates to become industry-ready commercial pilots.

Key Eligibility Criteria

  • Women candidates aged 18–35 years
  • Completed Class 12 with English, Physics, and Mathematics, securing a minimum of 51% marks in each subject
  • Belonging to economically disadvantaged households as per EWS criteria
  • Valid Indian passport (or willingness to obtain one before the final selection stage)

Programme Support

  • Full support for CPL training and ATR Type Rating
  • Travel and accommodation support during the selection process
  • Medical insurance coverage throughout the training period
  • Mentorship from experienced pilots and aviation professionals
  • Career guidance and industry exposure
