We are looking for Full-Stack developer trainees with good programming aptitude. He/she must have good Database and Front-End development skills.

Post : Junior Software Engineer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·  Work with product managers to ideate software solutions

·  Design client-side and server-side architecture

·  Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design

·  Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications

·  Write effective APIs

·  Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency

·  Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software

·  Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges

·  Create security and data protection settings

·  Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design

·  Write technical documentation

Salary package will be 15,000 - 30,000 per month.

Selection Process:

We will give two levels of programming tests, one preliminary for 15 minutes and those who pass the test will be given a second test for 60-90 minutes. The results of the second test will be declared within 15 working days after the test. Those who pass the second level will be called for an Interview at our office in Infopark, Kochi.

If they clear their interview, for BTech candidates, they should complete an assignment within three months. If the candidate finishes the assignment earlier, they will be considered for employment immediately. Please note that no stipend or salary will be paid during the Assignment period.

We grade the candidates in A,B,C,D levels after the selection process. A-level candidate gets Rs. 30,000 CTC per month., B level -Rs. 25000 CTC per month, C level -Rs. 20000 CTC per month and D level Rs. 15,000 CTC per month.

We do not have any cutoff marks to attend the test. We will give priority to colleges that give us more candidates to join us, for the selection process in the coming years.
