Urban Grey Engineering Solutions hiring Engineering Trainees

Urban Grey Engineering Solutions is a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy engaged primarily in the civil engineering domain, viz., structural engineering, geotechnical engineering, water resources, environmental engineering, electrical & mechanical, plumbing & fire (MEPF) design, and project management consultancy. As part of our expansion plans, we are currently looking to recruit:


1. Civil Engineering Trainees - 4nos

2. Electrical Engineering Trainees - 2nos

3. Mechanical Engineering Trainees - 2nos 

We intend to absorb selected candidates initially as trainee engineers, where they will undergo structured technical training and practical exposure across multiple domains of engineering consultancy.

🔹 Training Structure & Stipend

The selected candidates will undergo a structured training program with the following stipend progression:
₹8,000 per month – First 3 months
₹10,000 per month – Next 3 months
₹12,000 per month – After completion of 6 months training under permanent employment. 

Upon successful completion of the training period and performance evaluation, candidates will be considered for permanent employment within the organization.

🔹 Training Exposure Will Include:

  • Structural / MEP / Water & Environmental Design fundamentals
  • Estimation and BOQ preparation
  • Drafting and detailing
  • Technical report preparation & DPR support
  • Exposure to codal practices and engineering standards
  • Site supervision and coordination
  • Project documentation and professional communication
We believe this structured exposure will help young engineers transition from academic learning to professional engineering practice effectively.
