The recruitment process begins with a Baseline Test. This is more than just an assessment; it is your official entry point into the recruitment ecosystem of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and its extensive network of partner tech companies.
Eligibility & Participation Criteria
To ensure our candidates meet the high standards of our partner employers, please review the following requirements:
Category: This program is exclusively for students from the SC community.
Education Background: BTech, MTech, MCA
Graduation Year: Open to those graduating in 2025 and 2026.
Academic Record: A minimum of 60% aggregate marks is required.
Backlog Status:
2025 Graduates: Must have no active backlogs.
2026 Graduates: A maximum of 2 active backlogs is permitted. For those in this category, we are committed to providing additional support to help you clear these while participating in the program.
