Trainee Mechanical Engineer - 2026 Batch Recruitment (PWR)

• Understanding project requirements and completing all duties assigned by the supervisor

• Shadowing senior members, asking questions, and assisting wherever possible

• Raising concerns and making suggestions for improvement where appropriate

• Participating in meetings and attending workshops and other training initiatives

• Taking notes and sharing your findings with your supervisor

• Establishing professional relationships with the team and colleagues

• Maintaining a high degree of professionalism, dependability, and diligence

• Working collaboratively with others (Engineers and Designers situated both in Mumbai and United States) in a multidisciplinary project team environment to resolve engineering and design issues as required and to accomplish respective project objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited program

• Candidates must have secured a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent grade in the qualifying examination from a reputed university/institute in India

• Candidate should be passing out as part of the 2026 batch only

• Proficient in English language and must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Highly observant, willing to assist wherever possible and eager to readily engage with engineers outside of their area of specialization

• Excellent learning ability
