An excellent career opportunity has been arranged for students who are interested in building a career in the Global Steel Detailing Industry through the Recruitment and Training Programme conducted by Aarbee Training Academy.
Selected candidates will undergo an intensive 3-month industry-oriented training programme covering steel structures, detailing concepts, structural drawings, connections, assemblies, and hands-on practice using Tekla detailing software. The programme will also provide exposure to live project scenarios and industry coordination practices, helping students bridge the gap between academics and industry requirements.

B.Tech Civil Engineering – 2026 Batch
Minimum 60% consistently in 10th, 12th and Engineering
No back papers
Strong interest in pursuing a career in Steel Structural Detailing

Assessment
3-Month Training Programme
Face-to-Face Technical Interview and Placement
Training Fee
Course Fee: ₹30,000 + GST
Salary and Incentive Structure (Upon Placement)
Students successfully completing the programme may receive placement opportunities with Aarbee Structures Pvt. Ltd.
Bangalore Location
Monthly CTC: ₹23,000
Academic Incentive: ₹2,500 per month
Total Monthly Package: ₹25,500
Cochin Location
Monthly Salary: ₹21,000
Academic Incentive: ₹2,500 per month
Total Monthly Package: ₹23,500
Training Fee Reimbursement
- The training fee paid by the candidate will be returned in the form of an Academic Incentive.
- ₹2,500 will be paid along with the monthly salary for a period of 36 months
- In addition, the entire training fee of ₹30,000 will be refunded along with the 36th month’s salary
Total Academic Incentive
₹2,500 × 36 months = ₹90,000
Training Fee Refund = ₹30,000
Total Academic Incentive over 36 months = ₹1,20,000
