Position: Business Development Executive – Telesales Department


* Starting salary for freshers: ₹15,000 + incentives per month

* First 3 months: Probation period

* Post probation: ₹20,000 + incentives (based on performance)

* Further hike of ₹5,000 + incentives after the next 3 months based on consistent target achievement

* Performance evaluation every 3 months

* Opportunity to migrate to our Dubai office (for top performers)
