Hiring Focus
We are currently looking to engage with software development engineers who demonstrate strong fundamentals, problem-solving ability, and a genuine interest in building real-world engineering solutions.
Selection Process
• Round 1: One-hour technical test focusing on core software engineering concepts and logical thinking
• Round 2: Technical interview with Subject Matter Experts
• Round 3: Interaction with Senior Leadership of Acsia Technologies
• Round 4: HR Interview
Compensation
INR 4 LPA for the first year, with revision based on annual performance.
