Deloitte invites candidates from select three-year undergraduate courses (Science/Commerce & Allied Courses/Engineering) in India to begin a career in professional services through the National Level Assessment (NLA) - 2026.

National Level Assessment - Undergraduate: Science

Qualifications Required & Eligibility:

• A Three-year Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree - Any combination with Computer Science/IT/Cyber Security
• A Three-year Bachelor of Computer Application degree (BCA)
• The year of graduation should be 2026
• Aggregate of 60% or equivalent CGPA and above in current degree with no active backlog

Note: Should not have applied to any profile of Deloitte US - India Offices in the last six months

Compensation: INR 3.25 Lakh plus variable benefits

Designation: Associate Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Working on projects of moderately complex scope, handling incident response support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
• Help simplifying technical issues for clients as part of operations, reporting on common sources of such issues, and making recommendations to them accordingly
• Communicating some of the key findings to project team leader and extended project network (as applicable)
• Working towards improvisation and monitoring - help providing better value to the customer

National Level Assessment - Undergraduate: Commerce and Allied Courses

Qualifications Required and Eligibility:

• A three year degree in Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Business Management (BBM), Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS), Bachelor of Financial Services (BFS) or equivalent degree
• Three-year Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)
• The year of graduation should be 2026
• Aggregate of 60% or equivalent CGPA and above in current degree with no active backlog

• Should not have applied to any profile of Deloitte US–India Offices in the last six months
• Should not hold any offer from any entity of Deloitte

Compensation: INR 3.25 Lakh plus variable benefits

Designation: Associate Analyst

Responsibilities:

1. Service Delivery:

• Understand process workflow/steps and execute process-level transactions using ERP systems/digital tools
• Collaborate to meet productivity targets
• Help maintain master data for data entry and highlight any concerns in master data management
• Act as the initial point of interaction for root cause analysis
• Assist in resolving queries (internal and external) related to process transactions within the defined turnaround time
• Highlight any process steps that are frequently taking more than the designated time
• Assist new colleagues in understanding the process nuances
• Collaborate with the Operations team effectively during transitions, documenting processes, and achieving set goals
• Undergo trainings to strengthen knowledge in functional process domain, Lean Six Sigma, process documentation/SIPOC, and Deloitte's tools and accelerators

2. Operational Excellence:

• Provide support for operational excellence initiatives by demonstrating process knowledge and help executing activities related to the transformation exercise

3. Governance:

• Communicate independently with the stakeholders and carry out analysis of any given activity, and provide insights to them
• Support Team leads with relevant information with respect to any queries/issues that may arise in governance forums

National Level Assessment: Engineering

Qualifications Required and Eligibility:

• Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) with specialization in Computer Science; Allied Computer Science streams, Information Technology and all Circuital branches
• Master of Technology (M.Tech) or Integrated Master of Technology (5 years iMtech) with specialization in Computer Science; Allied Computer Science streams and Information Technology
• Master of Computer Application
• The year of graduation should be 2026
• Aggregate of 60% or equivalent CGPA and above in current degree with no active backlogs

Compensation: INR 4 Lakh plus variable benefits

Designation: Analyst Trainee

Responsibilities:

• Support in delivery of a specific technology capability
• Understand business requirements and needs
• Support technical/functional/process document creation and maintain an effective library
• Help building, testing, and providing insights
• Support application design
• Responsible for technical specification creation
• Responsible for code development and unit testing
• Responsible for test data creation, test scripts creation, and execution
• Support infrastructure-building activities
• Adhere to defined processes and tools while performing day-to-day operations
• Help in developing and/or validating statistical models (financial risk models) for clients using various tools and techniques
• Apply analytical skills to perform quantitative and qualitative assessment of the model design, data, estimation techniques, and performance

Employment Type: Apprenticeship

Probation Period: 1 year from the date of joining

• Selected individuals will join as Apprentices under the Apprenticeship Act
