Internship & Selection Process

The selection process will be conducted in the following stages:

  1. Initial Internship: Selected candidates will undergo a 2-week (14 working days) unpaid internship.
  2. Paid Internship: Candidates who successfully clear the initial stage will be offered a 3-month paid internship.
  3. Permanent Placement: Based on performance during the paid internship, selected candidates will be onboarded as permanent staff
