💼 Role: Programmer Analyst Trainee (PAT)
📍 Work Locations: Multiple locations across India
💰 CTC: ₹4 LPA

Eligibility Criteria:
  • Year of Passing: 2024, 2025
  • Education: B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech
  • Academic Cut-off: Minimum 60% in 10th, 12th, UG, PG (no rounding off)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Understand business requirements and raise clarifications
  • Develop, maintain, test, debug, and deploy code
  • Create documents and low-level design components
  • Develop test scenarios based on data requirements
  • Work in an Agile SDLC environment
  • Prioritize tasks and meet delivery timelines
  • Take ownership of assigned deliverables
  • Participate in project meetings and technical sessions
  • Continuously upskill/reskill and cross-skill
  • Collaborate effectively in team environments

Shortlisted students will undergo industry-aligned training designed to prepare them for real-world engineering roles. The curriculum includes:
  • C# and .NET fundamentals
  • ASP.NET, Web API development, SQL databases
  • Core software engineering principles & coding best practices
  • Hands-on real-world projects and technical assessments
  • Professional communication, teamwork, and workplace readiness
This structured program ensures learners are project-ready from day one and aligned with the expectations of global IT delivery teams.

Training & Hiring Journey for Students:
