With a need for Academia-Industry alignment in the current era of disruptive technologies and build a Future-ready/Digital ready talent Wipro’s CSR initiative TalentNext engages in broader skill development in pursuit of excellence in engineering education. 

Wipro has been working with several Engineering colleges in India for over a decade through its CSR programs. We launched our first-generation CSR program called Mission10X, which aimed at training the faculty on both pedagogy and technology. We redefined Mission10X as TalentNext keeping Digital Transformation as core towards improving the overall engineering education. Our focus is to holistically design and develop curriculum that enable the Faculty/Professors, Leadership, and the students to be on par with Industry’s needs.

We offer four categories of the educational programs such as:

1. Faculty Empowerment programs through technology

2. Advanced Technology training Programs

3. Academic leadership focused developing Digital Leadership qualities

4. Futureskills program for budding engineers

Wipro TalentNext provides opportunity for new set of professors getting them certified as Wipro Certified Faculty [WCF]. We have planned to have the upcoming WCF training on Java Full Stack.

  • Professors from CS / IT and Circuital branches are eligible
  • Professor should have minimum 2 years of teaching experience.
  • Professor should have taught C/C++/JAVA for minimum of 2 year.

WCF Workshop is an overall 3-week event.

Starting 24th November 2025 to 12th December 2025 – Java Full Stack Session on VILT [online] mode conducted by Wipro Mentors.

 

Online session will be for half days – 09:30am to 01:00pm for 15 days with the 1st and last day as full sessions from 09:30am to 04:00pm

 

Post training revisions/completions and preparation for assessment. No mentor sessions

 

Final Wipro Certified Faculty[WCF] assessment on online mode, remote proctored.
