 SHREDS is glad to announce the Key Value campus recruitment for the 2026 batch  BTech candidates graduating  from the Kerala Colleges.


Eligible Candidates - BTech CS -2026 pass-outs (Only)  - No minimum CGPA but not more than 3 back papers.
Open positions : Associate Software Engineer - Trainee 
CTC offered : 8 Lakhs Per Annum + 20K Joining Bonus

Interview Process :

Step 1) MCQ + ProgrammingTest (at a college campus in Ernakulam District) - 2nd week of December

Part 1 - MCQ (focused on data structures, algorithms, programming, database, operating systems, theory of computation)

Part 2 - Programming Questions

Step 2) Hackathon + Technical Interview (at KeyValue office) - Will be scheduled after Step 1

Step 3) HR round -  same day after technical interview if possible, or on a separate day
