NIFL Invites Applications for IELTS, OET, and German Language Batches


The NORKA Institute of Foreign Languages (NIFL), a state government institution, has invited applications for its upcoming offline batches for IELTS, OET, German B1, and German B2 courses, scheduled to commence in October 2025 at its Thiruvananthapuram Centre.
The initiative is designed not only for language training but also as a Migration Facilitation Centre, aiming to provide comprehensive support for those seeking opportunities abroad.
Course Details and Fee Structure
The batches for OET and IELTS will run for a duration of eight weeks, covering all four modules: Listening, Reading, Speaking, and Writing.
Fee Concessions:
Candidates belonging to BPL (Below Poverty Line), SC (Scheduled Caste), and ST (Scheduled Tribe) categories are eligible for a full fee waiver for the IELTS and OET courses.
For all other applicants, the course fee is Rs. 4,425, inclusive of GST.
Application Process and Deadline
Prospective candidates must submit their applications through the official NIFL website, www.nifl.norkaroots.org.
The last date to submit the application is October 18.
Overseas Employment Opportunities
NIFL has been conceptualized to assist professionals with their migration needs. Healthcare professionals who successfully complete the course will be provided opportunities to find overseas employment through NORKA Roots.
