Infosys is hiring female candidates from YOP 2026


Infosys is conducting the campus recruitment for the 2026 pass out batch during November 2025. The recruitment will be a pooled drive consisting of engineering colleges across Kerala. Infosys is seeking enthusiastic female students to join their organization as Systems Engineer (Trainee), offering a compensation package of ₹3.6 LPA. The drive will be conducted at 2 locations, one at Trivandrum/Kollam (for southern districts) during 6-8 November and at Kochi (for central and northern districts) during 10-12 November.

The evaluation process is designed to identify candidates who align with their AI-driven vision, assessing both technical and behavioral skills through interviews. Candidates who clear the test and interview for the Systems Engineer (Trainee) role will also get a chance to upgrade their offer to Digital Specialist Engineer (Trainee) (6.25 LPA) and Specialist Programmer (Trainee) (9.5 LPA) through an additional round of programming test and in-person interview. This is optional and will have no impact on their initial offer.

The eligibility criteria and important instructions for the candidates are attached.

Eligible and interested candidates are requested to submit the Google form on or before 2nd November. Infosys will then reach out to all nominated candidates via email, inviting them to complete the Infosys Application Form. This is a mandatory step to participate in the recruitment process. Invitations for the evaluation process will be sent based on the details provided in the application form.

The candidates are kindly requested to provide personal email addresses only, as college domain email addresses will not be accepted for the recruitment process.
