We are pleased to announce an exciting campus recruitment opportunity in partnership with Sobha Limited, a renowned name in the real estate and construction sector. Sobha Limited is seeking to hire talented Civil Engineering students from the 2026 batch for the roles of Trainee Engineer and Management Trainee.

Key Details of the Recruitment Drive:

  • Company: Sobha Limited
  • Eligible Degree/Branch: B. Tech / B.E. (Civil)
  • Academic Requirement: Minimum 70% throughout academics; no active backlogs.
  • Designation: Trainee Engineer / Management Trainee
  • Compensation:
    • Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET): Rs. 3.0 lakhs per annum
    • Management Trainee (MT): Rs. 4.15 lakhs per annum
  • Joining Location: Pan-India
  • Gender Preference: Male

Roles & Responsibilities:
Selected candidates will undergo an intensive two-and-a-half-year on-the-job training program. Upon successful completion and subject to performance, candidates will be fast-tracked and absorbed as Assistant Project Managers. Sobha Limited is looking for individuals with high energy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong drive to excel.

Recruitment Process Timeline:

  1. Institute to share the list of eligible and interested students (in the attached format) by Friday, 10th October, 10:30 AM.
  2. Sobha Limited will review and confirm the list of students eligible for the online assessment round.
  3. Aon will communicate the confirmed list of students to the institute by Monday, 13th October, 3:30 PM.
  4. Aon and the institute will mutually decide the date for the online test, which will be conducted by Aon.
  5. Post-assessment, Aon will share the list of shortlisted candidates for interviews.
  6. Shortlisted candidates will participate in the interview process as per the scheduled date and venue.
  7. Results will be communicated by Aon, and final offer letters will be issued by Sobha Limited.

 

Important Guidelines:

  • Please ensure the student list is submitted strictly in the attached format and adheres to the eligibility criteria.
  • Note: Calculation of percentage as ‘Best of 4/5 subjects’ or any aggregate below 70% is not permitted.
