Position:
🔹 VoIP Support Engineer

This role offers hands-on experience with VoIP technologies, networking, and Linux-based systems, supporting international clients with technical solutions and troubleshooting.

Job Details:
📍 Location: Kottayam, Kerala

🌙 Shift Timing: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM (Night Shift)

📚 Training: 3-month full-time offline technical training (Mandatory)

💰 Salary Range: ₹1.8 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA (Based on skills and experience)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualifications: B.Tech (any stream) or MCA

  • Experience: Freshers and candidates with relevant experience are welcome

Interview Process:

  1. Telephonic Screening

  2. Technical Round

  3. HR Interview

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Basic understanding of Networking, Linux, VoIP, or PBX systems (preferred)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient in English communication

  • Willingness to work night shifts and undergo 3-month offline training
