*Key Responsibilities*

*1. Bid & Order Processing*

Techno-commercial evaluation

Receive customer RFQs (Request for Bid) and prepare cost estimates in coordination with costing/production teams.

Prepare and enter bids into SAP accurately.

Follow up with customers on submitted bids.

Convert approved quotations into sales orders after customer confirmation.

*2. Order Management*

Enter and maintain sales orders in SAP with correct product specifications, quantities, pricing, and delivery timelines.

Coordinate with production planning for feasibility, raw material availability, and lead time.

*3. Customer Coordination*

Act as a single point of contact for customers regarding quotations, order status, delivery schedules, and documentation.

Resolve customer queries in coordination with quality assurance, logistics, and accounts teams.

Maintain professional communication with clients and support long-term relationship building.

*4. Documentation & Compliance*

Prepare sales-related documents such as order acknowledgments, proforma invoices, and dispatch instructions.

Ensure compliance with contractual terms, commercial conditions, and quality standards.

Maintain records of quotations, orders, and correspondence for audit and reference.

*5. Cross-Functional Coordination*

Work closely with costing, design, production, and quality departments to ensure customer requirements are met.

Liaise with logistics and stores for timely dispatch and delivery of castings.

Support finance team in payment follow-ups, credit notes, and invoice clarifications.
