Launchpad Kerala 2025 – Statewide Hiring Initiative

 Greetings from the µLearn Team!

We are pleased to inform you about Launchpad Kerala 2025, a skill-based hiring initiative organized by the µLearn Foundation, in collaboration with GTech, Kerala Knowledge Economy Mission (KKEM), and the IEEE Kerala Section. Launchpad aims to provide students with valuable hiring opportunities, industry-relevant skill development, and enhanced visibility in the job market. In the previous edition, over 80 students successfully secured placements through the program.

 Who Can Participate?

  • 2025 pass outs – Eligible for full-time roles

    Note: Backlogs do not affect eligibility.

  • 2026 & 2027 pass outs – Eligible for internship opportunities

How It Works

  • Students first register via the µLearn website: www.mulearn.org

  • Join the µLearn Discord server

  • Participants complete skill-building tasks, earn karma points, and appear on a leaderboard that reflects their progress

  • Participation is completely free and open to all students

Offline Hiring Drive

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an offline hiring drive scheduled for July 31, 2025 at Technopark, Trivandrum.
