Position: Graduate Trainees for a period of 1 to 3 years


Recruitment Date: 09/05/2025

Venue: Lourdes Matha College of Science and Technology, Kuttichal, Trivandrum

Reporting Time: 9 AM to 9.30 AM


Eligibility Criteria: B.Tech Mechanical Engineering. We prefer candidates with no active backlogs; however, we can consider minor backlogs (Less than 2) on a case-by-case basis for Trainee positions.


Salary & Career Growth: 

• Selection Criteria: Written test and interview.

• Career Path: Selected candidates will be appointed as Graduate Trainees for a period of 1 to 3 years. 

• During the training period, individuals must abide by the company’s rules and regulations.

• Graduate Trainees will receive a stipend of Rs 17,067 per month, with an additional attendance incentive Rs 1,000 payable if applicable.

• Trainees will undergo on-the-job training according to the company’s shift schedule.

• Sunday will be weekly off

• Subsidized meals (twice per shift) and transportation will be provided.

• Proper work wear will be supplied

• Trainees are eligible for one day of paid leave per month.

• Trainees must arrange their own accommodation.

As a Trainee Engineer/Executive/Technician, they will undergo structured training and gain hands-on experience in real-time operations within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
