On behalf of Technologics Global CSR wing we are conducting Internship Drive to PRE-FINAL YEAR students & chose eligible candidates to undertake “INDUSTRIAL LEVEL OF INTERNSHIP & HIRE THEM” by Pre-Onboarding them during their last semester (additional 4 months of Domain specific Finishing School)
The Selection & Execution Process Involves:
Internship: |
Ø TECHNOLOGICS Talent Acquisition team will select eligible students based on their merit & online Assessment TEST performance. Ø The selected candidates will be “Onboarded” for the 30 days of Advance Industrial demanded Technical Topics Internship. The Topic & Domain will be mapped based on students branch of graduation & Interest. Ø In this Program Selected candidates will work under TECHNOLOGICS R&D Team on various Industrial concepts, Assignments, Projects, Ideation of solving Industrial problems statements etc. Ø This programs daily schedule will be out of their college hours (early mornings/after 6PM/Semester Breaks) based on the availability of the candidates. Ø During this program Selected student are not paid any “stipend”. Ø End of this Finishing School Program – Each students will be issued Gov Of India & Industry Affiliated Internship Certificate. |

Ø After Completing The Internship Selected candidates will be “Pre-Onboarded” once again on their last semester for 3 to 4 months (350 hours) of INDUSTRIAL FINISHING SCHOOL program Ø Which is a domain specific to Automotive, Aerospace, Defense, Medical Electronics, IOT, Industrial Automation/Smart Factory, Front/Backend Development Program with capstone / sample R&D Projects) Ø In this Program Selected candidates will work under TECHNOLOGICS R&D Team on various Industrial concepts, Assignments, Projects, Ideation of solving Industrial problems statements etc. They may also have involvement in some the real time projects & interact with Few of our Major clients HR’s. Ø This programs daily schedule will be out of their college hours (early mornings/after 6PM/Semester Breaks) based on the availability of the candidates. Ø During this program Selected student are not paid any “stipend”. Ø End of this Finishing School Program – Candidates will be mapped to TECHNOLOGICS GLOBAL Internal Projects or any of our Clients projects. Ø During this Pre-Onboarding program candidates 100% attendance & above 85% performance rating is mandate |

What is INDUSTRIAL FINISHING SCHOOL
Ø This is 350 hours of industrial project content learning with respect to Specific Domain for the candidates who get selected in TECHNOLOGICS GLOBAL Internship drive.
Ø The Candidates will get to be part of this program on their final semester of EEE, EC, EI, CS, IT, Mechanical & Civil
Ø This program will be spanning across 3 to 4 months (350 hours).
Ø This program will allow the students to interact and learn directly from our R&D engineers of TECHNOLOGICS GLOBAL R&D Lab who work on our International research projects.
Ø The mode of this session is predominantly as “Online Live Interactive Sessions” because we are committed to include more than 2000 students across Pan India into this program without disturbing their academic schedule & without making them to travel / spend money / Get too much out of their comfort zone. For few of the domain there will be invite from TECHNOLOGICS GLOBAL R&D lab to be in our LAB in Bangalore on their semester break of 30 days.
