We are thrilled to share an exciting opportunity with you! KSB Limited is now initiating its hiring process for the 2025 batch, offering a role for Graduate Engineer Trainee

 

Role and Location Details:

 

·       Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee – 2025

 

·       Job Locations: Vambori (Ahmednagar), Sinnar(Nasik), Coimbatore

 

·       Stipend: 25,000/- per month with deductions of canteen and transport (if facility availed)

 

Eligibility Criteria:

 

·       Graduation: Btech/BE (Mechanical, Metallurgy, Electrical, Computer)

 

·       Academic Requirement: 60% throughout your academic

 

·       Backlogs: No active backlogs

 

·       BTech Passing  Year: 2025

 

Note:

Once absorbed on roll the trainee is expected to sign a bond for 3 years with bond amount 2 lakh. This is a two-way bond which also comes with a retention bonus – if the confirmed employee stays with the company for a period of 3 years the company will pay the employee an amount of 2 lakhs and if trainee leaves before completing 3 years once on-roll the employee will have to pay the company an amount of 2 lakhs. Please note there is no bond during the 1-year training period.
