Role Description

This is full-time employment for a Civil Engineer at Paradigm IT Private Limited. We are currently seeking Diploma/BTech/MTech candidates to join us in the role of Trainee Sub Engineer. This position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain valuable experience and contribute to meaningful projects in the civil engineering field.

Qualifications:

1. BTech/MTech in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 70% in graduation.

2. Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and concepts.

3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

4. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing project requirements.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Terms and conditions:

A. The selected candidates will be appointed initially as Trainee Sub - Engineer in the Engineering Division.

B. The probationary period will be up to 6 months.

C. Upon satisfactory performance during the probation period, confirmation may occur at any time.

D. Candidates joining the company are expected to continue working for a period of 2 years after confirmation.

 Salary Package (CTC) : 22000/Month (During probation period, an amount of ₹ 5000/- will be deducted each month in lieu of training cost , which will be paid back on completion of 2 years after confirmation)
