 We are currently on the lookout for dynamic and enthusiastic Mechanical Engineers, (both Freshers and Experienced), to join our team in the role of Production Engineer at Odyssia Group.


Role Overview:

As a Management Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to enhance your skills and prepare you for a successful career in production engineering.


Career Progression:

Upon the successful completion of a 3-month probation period, you will transition into the role of Production Engineer, gaining hands-on experience in Footwear Manufacturing and production planning.


Compensation:

During the probation period, you will receive a competitive minimum salary of Rs. 10,000, which includes ESI and PF benefits. After completing the probation, your salary will be revised to Rs. 15,000, with continued ESI and PF coverage.
