Job Description: Electronics Design Engineer

We are seeking skilled electronics design engineers to design and develop innovative electronic products and systems.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in electronics engineering, or a related field.

* Excellent experience in embedded programming for electronic design (e.g. Arduino, embedded C, STM32, ESP32).

* Knowledgeable in electronic engineering principles, standards, and best practices.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and creatively.

* Ability to work in a team and collaborate.

* Attention to detail and quality-oriented.

interview Round

Initial Screening:

Purpose: Evaluate the candidate’s resume to ensure they meet the basic qualifications.

Method: Review Filled Form

Technical Interview: 

Purpose: Assess the candidate's technical skills and problem-solving abilities.

Method: Video call or in-person.

Duration: 60 minutes.

HR Interview:

Purpose: Assess how well the candidate interacts with potential future colleagues and their ability to work in the actual work environment. Understand the candidate’s interpersonal skills, teamwork capabilities, and fit within company culture. Final approval from higher management, discussing company vision, growth opportunities, and aligning expectations. 

Method: Video call or in-person.

Duration: 60 minutes.

CTC : 3 LPA

Probation Period : 3 months

Salary during Probation : 2.4 LPA
