We're seeking talented women graduates from the Engineering Batch of 2024 to join us as SDE-1 & UI-1 engineers

Key Requirements:

  • Open to Women Engineers who are graduating in 2024 (BE/B.Tech/M.Tech / ME) with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics & Computing, Electronics & Communication ONLY.
  • CGPA Cut Off: 7.5 & above

About SDE-1 Role

Flipsters’ area of work includes advanced information-retrieval algorithms, massive scalability, elastic
storage, predictive analytics, fraud detection, inventory planning, supply chain planning, and large-scale
applications that enrich the user experience, to name a few. 

The Software Engineer's core responsibilities will be to develop object-oriented models and design data-structures for new software projects and implement business logic and data models with suitable class design. You will work on collaborating with peers on all elements of the development process. It requires
you to follow industry coding standards and create appropriate technical documentation.

About UI-1 Role

The scale at which Flipkart operates and grows every year is a challenge for our systems hence UI is no
different and we make sure our applications could handle that traffic. UI engineers at Flipkart will craft a
brand new user-centric UI from scratch using latest web technologies and will be responsible for development of our consumer-facing website and web applications. One of the key responsibilities of an UI Engineer is to collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, and user researchers to oversee the development of a product.


CTC Overview: 32.57 LPA (18 Lakh Base pay, 10% variable, ESOPs worth 5 lakhs; Joining Bonus: 3 lakhs & Retention Bonus 3 Lakhs - detailed comp breakup will be shared with candidates shortlisted for online test
