Role  : RCF Advisor 

 

 Job Description : 

  • Enrolment of Influencers (Mason/ Head Mason/ Contractor) on Mobile Application
  • Engagement & Volume generation through Influencers
  • Conversion of Individual House Builders & Retention of Sites
  • Attending to quality complaint

 

Compensation & Benefits: 

·          CTC  - Up to Rs. 3 Lakhs Per Annum (3rd Party Payroll).

·          Rs. 0.60 Lakhs as Retention Bonus [To be paid on completing 1 year of service].

·          Attractive Incentives based on target achievement.

·          Travelling Allowance – Rs 4/KM & Daily Allowance: Rs. 150/Day

 

 Education : 10th , 12th ,Diploma or B.Tech Civil with no Backlogs – All Minimum of 60%

 

  • Age  & Other Pre-requisite:
  • Maximum age should be 30 years.
  • Should have 2-Wheeler along with Valid Driving License.
  • Smart Phone with Dual SIM.
