We are delighted to share with you the encouraging results witnessed by institutions across India since the inception of the TCS iON Employability Readiness Program. This initiative has been instrumental in empowering students to navigate their career paths effectively, regardless of their year of graduation.

The TCS iON Employability Readiness Program, already implemented in numerous institutions nationwide, has demonstrated remarkable outcomes at its outset. By providing students with comprehensive guidance to understand their career aspirations, identify actionable strategies to achieve them, and undergo Employability Quotient test, the program has effectively prepared them for forthcoming placement opportunities.

Moreover, we are thrilled to announce that participation in the TCS iON Employability Readiness Program comes at absolutely no cost to both institutions and students. 

1. The Employment Readiness Program has been introduced to offer relevant learning & preparation products so that students can

• identify their strengths
• skill themselves in needed areas, and
• test their preparedness for corporate jobs

2. It is a free-of-cost, 15-day preparatory course
3. It covers basic interpersonal skills, non-verbal, verbal and written communication, interview attending skills and business & social etiquette, apart from domain knowledge
4. We recommend final year students and pre-final year students register for this program

TCS NQT - EQ Test assigned to students

We have successfully assigned TCS NQT “Employability Quotient (EQ)” test to your students and a communication via email has been sent to them. 

 

The test details and login credentials are shared on the same email. Request you to kindly convey the same to your students.

 

Next Steps: 

1. With the login credentials provided, candidates need to log in at  https://iur.ls/ApplyNQT

2. On “My dashboard”, click on “Employability Quotient (EQ) test”

3. Launch and take the test.
