Dear Candidate,

After the success of the last 4 cohorts, we are happy to announce Cohort 5 of the Women Engineers (WE) Program, by TalentSprint and supported by Google.

WE is a 2-year immersive and LIVE online learning experiential program that selects and nurtures deserving first-year women engineering students to become world-class software engineers.

The program has attracted 78,000 applications in the last 4 cohorts, out of which only the top 1% i.e 730+ students made it to the program. Out of these, 34% of the students were first-generation graduates and 25% of them came from rural India.

It is now aiming to train 200 passionate aspiring women engineers in the upcoming cohort.
